Business Profile

Established in 1999, our Reading funeral home is in Caversham on the Caversham Road. These very large premises were formerly the site of the famous Reading landmark business ‘Walls Carnival Stores’. There is a large free car park to the rear of the building via York Road.

After a thorough rebuild, Tamela House now provides state of the art facilities for the care of the bereaved, including a choice of Chapels of Rest, both Christian and multi-faith. There are also comfortable offices, the highest standard of mortuary care facilities, full coffin and casket showrooms and a good range of display memorials.
